The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive throughout our stay. The deluxe suite had a stunning lake view that made for a peaceful getaway. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was a great spot for relaxation after a day of exploring.
However, the layout of the room felt cramped at times, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The homemade ice-cream at Som do Mar is pure bliss! Don’t skip the endless options at nearby restaurants like Paiol Sao Benedito, serving mouth-watering dishes and vibing with local flair. Overall great experience with polite staff.
Better to not charge before arrival, which took me by surprise, but everything else shined bright like the Cabo sun!

Housekeeping kept everything clean, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries. However, I faced an issue with the pre-charge for my stay, which felt a bit off for a first-time visit. Communication could improve too. I sent a couple of emails to the hotel but didn’t receive a response. Despite these minor hiccups, my stay was enjoyable overall!
